Hello! My name is Alejandro Vega. I hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology, a Bachelor's degree in advertising, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. I am authorized by the Colombian College of Psychologists to offer psychological services in compliance with Colombian regulations. My license number is 123236. By purchasing sessions, session packages, courses, and other psychological or psychoeducational services with me, you agree to these terms and conditions.
About the services:
I utilize cognitive psychotherapy, marketing, and administration to help you achieve your personal and professional goals, guiding you in developing skills that allow you to manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors effectively. On my websites alejovega.com, alejovega.co, and lamejorentrevista.com, you can find services such as psychotherapy, mock interview, and career mentorship.
The services are provided through one-on-one video calls that can be purchased as individual sessions or in packages of 4, 8, and 12 sessions. Each session lasts 45 minutes. You can also access psychoeducational tools such as blog articles, courses, quizzes, and digital books.
To access the services, it is important to have a stable internet connection and a private place where you can speak comfortably. In the event that sessions cannot be carried out satisfactorily due to technological failures, they can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
About your privacy and the use of your data:
All my services are provided virtually under the regulations of telehealth in Colombia, using technological tools that allow for proper handling of your information, always seeking to protect your privacy.
All information you share with me is stored in digital files that are safeguarded to ensure their integrity and confidentiality. These files may be Clinical Records, or other documents that allow for proper tracking of your process.
Your information will not be disclosed to other people without your consent. Confidentiality is only breached if it is deemed that you or other people around you may be at risk. In that case, I will always inform you in advance of the ethical and legal measures that I am obligated to take.
To access the services, you must share your full name, identification number, telephone number, email, and emergency contact information. This data will never be sold or disclosed to third parties without your consent and it will be used to track your process, schedule appointments, and communicate other services that may be of interest to you.
About scheduling:
You can schedule appointments through my personal Google calendar, choosing the date and time that best suits your availability, or by making the request via WhatsApp. Sessions are scheduled by providing an email where you will receive a Google invitation with the date, time, and connection link. Sessions are considered confirmed if they are not rejected through the Google invitation or canceled via WhatsApp, 12 hours before the start date and time.
Sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost as long as you do so with 12 hours' notice. To reschedule, you can make the request via WhatsApp or cancel the Google invitation and schedule a new appointment. If you do not cancel with the proper notice, the corresponding fee will be applied.
About the payments:
To conduct sessions, you must pay for them before starting. You can pay for individual sessions or packages of 4, 8, and 12 sessions. Purchased packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can only be used by the person for whom they were originally acquired.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, or through the Wompi and PayPal platforms using any payment method. Once individual sessions, session packages, or psychoeducational products are paid for, no refunds will be made.
About the services provided to foreigners:
If you are a foreigner living in Colombia, a digital nomad passing through Colombia, or a Colombian living abroad, you can access my services. Please note that my practice as a psychologist is regulated by Colombian policies and legislation, even if sessions are conducted while you are outside the country.
About the websites:
The websites alejovega.com, alejovega.co, and lamejorentrevista.com are designed to provide you with information and allow the purchase of my services. You should not use them for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
